HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Supporting the 2007                                                                           
National Crime Victims' Rights Week, was read the second time and                                                               
was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senators Elton, Wielechowski, McGuire, Wilken, Olson, Thomas,                                                                   
Dyson, Davis, French, Wagoner, Bunde, Ellis, Stedman moved and                                                                  
asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the                                                                    
resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
